18.00, Cafe Open, public forum: ZRIPS strategies and options for the future

An old story you say? No way! This time we’re going to grab the homophobic bull by the horns from the point of view of the abducted Europe. Why does a married lesbian couple from Spain, which is working in Slovenia have all rights imaginable at home but here only those few coming from the Registration Act (ZRIPS)? Is this the free flow of people, labour force and capital on which the Europe is based on? Why can heterosexual couples get married on Juliette’s balcony in Verona and Slovenian legislation respects that but if a gay couple marries in Barcelona our government doesn’t regard it as marriage? Why is opposing equality of the rights of all living situations antihuman, anti-European and anti-constitutional? And what kind of actions are necessary in order to achieve respect of all fundamental human rights for everyone? Come to the public forum to get those answers!
